Catermech, Servimate’s preferred service partner into Africa, has recently completed service and maintenance work on Hobart In‑Flight Dishwashers for LSG Sky Chefs in Luanda, Angola and Nairobi, Kenya.

LSG Sky Chefs is one of the world’s largest airline catering and hospitality companies who delivers complete programs and bespoke food solutions, from premium onboard dining to full‑tray menus and snacks. 

Hobart Technology in Action. 

The Hobart FTPi‑AC flight dishwasher was installed a few years ago at Luanda’s Quatro de Fevereiro International Airport, where it continues to deliver reliable service.

At the Dr António Agostinho Neto International the new ultra modern new airport outside  Luanda, LSG has in a temporary facility while a new airline catering facility is under construction. On site we also find a Hobart FTPi‑AC, with its recognized advanced energy and resource management features.

At Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi, Kenya the Hobart FUX‑S‑A‑A was installed back in 2019 and is a specialist powerhouse for cleaning dishware and utensils in large quantities, efficiently and sustainably. 

All three of these Hobart Machines were serviced and repaired by Mack from Catermack
