Servimate & Catermech Join Forces Again for Another Seamless Hobart Dishwasher Installation at Food Directions, British Airways Lounge – Cape Town International Airport

British Airways required dishwashing equipment that met Thermolabel standards—an airline-specific requirement ensuring proper sanitization of washed items.

This globally recognized standard is verified using a Thermolabel strip, which changes color when exposed to 71°C for more than 10 seconds.

The lounge’s existing undercounter and hood dishwashers were failing to meet this standard. After evaluating suitable replacements, Hobart’s Ecomax H604-12B hood machine and Hobart F504-12C undercounter machine were selected.

Both models feature built-in Thermolabel functionality at no additional cost, ensuring compliance with airline sanitization protocols.

Additionally, each machine is equipped with drain and rinse pumps, enhancing their operational efficiency.
