The Hobart Model PREMAX FTPi-AC Inflight Dishwasher is renowned for its exceptional performance and reliability, making it a perfect match for the high-volume demands of Siyatemba.
We believe this advanced equipment will greatly enhance Siyathemba’s operations, contributing to even higher levels of service excellence.
Founded in 2009 by Sonette Joubert, Siyathemba has grown significantly and now prepares over 8,500 meals per day exclusively for Airlink. They are known for their high-quality, bespoke meals made with locally sourced ingredients.
Siyathemba Catering operates from multiple locations, including OR Tambo International Airport and King Shaka International Airport. They are committed to food safety, following a HACCP-based food safety system, and conducting regular food hygiene audits.
In addition to their catering services, Siyathemba is also involved in community initiatives, such as feeding schemes to support education for children.
